Shoulder width	Measured across the back from shoulder point to shoulder point, seam to seam.
Back length	Measured from the base of the collar down to the bottom of the garment.
Chest	Garment laid flat with buttons fastened. Double the measurement taken between the lower seams of each armhole.
Sleeve length	Measured from the centre of the collar to the shoulder seam, plus the measurement from the shoulder seam to the cuff.
