Size Measurement	Lay the garment flat with the buttons closed. Double the measurement taken at the waist, from one edge to the other.
Crotch	Measurement taken from the crotch to the bottom of the leg, along the inner seam.
Bottom Width	Item laid flat. Measurement taken from one edge to the other at the bottom of the leg (or garment). Double the measurement if necessary.
