Founded in 2023 in Lille, Jean Laumet reimagines French clothing from the countryside to the city through an uncompromising vision. Pieces crafted on century-old sewing machines, using fabrics sourced from mechanical weaving workshops around the world.
Inspired by French work pants, this model is entirely crafted on three century-old sewing machines. Its 350 g ecru herringbone fabric, sourced from Armentières (a historic textile city), was originally intended for butcher’s clothes.
