DELIVERY & RETURNS

Orders and Deliveries

- Packages are delivered by post or by an independent carrier to the address indicated by the Buyer when ordering.

- Delivery costs are included in the total to be paid for your order depending on the option chosen and the amount of the order.

- The Seller undertakes to process orders within 15 days from the day following validation of your order.

- Delivery times are expressed in working days from the date of departure from our warehouses, displayed for information purposes only.

- Exceeding this deadline does not give rise to any right to damages.

- In the event of failure to deliver due to the carrier, the Seller undertakes to reship all or part of the order within the limits of these General Conditions of Sale (GCS).

- The Buyer must check the conformity and condition of the items delivered at the time of delivery and before signing the carrier's delivery note.

- This verification is considered to have been carried out once the Buyer or a person authorized by the latter has signed the delivery note.

- If at the time of receipt, the Buyer notices an anomaly on the packaging, that it is torn or damaged, he must check the condition of the products.

- If the latter are damaged, the Buyer must refuse delivery and indicate on the delivery slip “Package refused because open or damaged”.

- Shipping is free:

  • for all orders of €250 or more (incl. tax) delivered to mainland France and European Union countries,
  • for all orders of €350 or more (incl. tax) delivered to the rest of the world.

For orders below these amounts, shipping fees are automatically calculated and shown at checkout.

- Please note that for all deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply upon arrival. These costs are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

- The information requested from the consumer is necessary for processing his order and may be communicated to the contractual partners of the company Jean et Basile involved in the execution of this order.

 

Right of withdrawal, return and exchange

- The Buyer may decide to exercise his right of withdrawal within a period of 14 days from receipt of the order .

- The Buyer must notify the Seller of his wish to withdraw within the time limit by e-mail to the address contact(at)beige-habilleur.com

- Return costs are free in the European Union (EU) from 250€ of purchase and worldwide from 350€

- Exchanges are only offered for the same model in a different size or color. If you wish to exchange for a different model, we ask that you request a refund and place a new order for the new item. All refunds exclude shipping charges.

- The return must be made no later than 14 days after sending your withdrawal notification .

- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and labels.

- Returned products must be in perfect condition.

- No products stained, damaged, worn, washed or unfit for sale will not be accepted.

- It is advisable to try the products with the greatest care.

- Reimbursement will be made within 30 days following receipt of the products returned by the Buyer.

- Shoes must be tried on a carpet or rug.

- The shoe and its sole must be in new condition to be eligible for a return.

- In the event of rejection, the product will be reshipped to the Buyer at their expense to the address indicated when ordering.

- In accordance with article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the following are excluded from the right of withdrawal: periodicals and magazines as well as goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

- Products in the magazine, “Made to Order” categories and all products marked “Made to Order” cannot therefore be returned.

 

How to return your item(s)

1 - My order is less than €250 in the European Union or €350 worldwide

1.1 Contact us by email at contact(at)beige-habilleur.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, the items you are returning and your preference for a refund or exchange.

1.2 Pack your items carefully and securely and return the parcel to us using the courier service of your choice. Please remember to use a tracked service and in any case insure the parcel for the value of the parcel as the items are your responsibility until they reach us.

If you are returning items from abroad (outside the EU), we recommend that you inform your post office that they are returned goods, and describe them as such on any shipping or customs forms, with a very low corresponding value. This will help to avoid customs duties being wrongly charged on items returned to us. If you can, also request that the following text be included on the customs invoice together with the tracking number of your shipment: "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE - RETURNED GOODS - VALUE FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSES ONLY"


2 - My order is greater than or equal to €250 in the European Union or €350 worldwide

2.1 Contact us by email at contact(at)beige-habilleur.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, the items you are returning and your preference for a refund or exchange.

2.2 Pack your items carefully and securely and return the package to us using the prepaid label that we will send to you by email.
