How do I know which size to choose?
Each product is individually measured by our teams. You can refer to the Size & Measurement tab of the product sheet. You will find all the sizes expressed in centimeters. A guide is also available to allow you to compare these measurements with those of your favorite clothes.

Are payments secure?
All payments are fully secure thanks to 3D Secure and SSL technologies.
They can be made by credit card via the secure servers of our banking partners and Paypal. If you have a Paypal account, you can also pay directly with it without using your credit card.

When will my order be shipped?
As soon as your order is validated, we make it a point of honor to ship it in the best conditions and as quickly as possible. We keep you informed of the preparation of your order and its shipment.
How can I track my orders?
The status of your order is available in your customer area. The delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method chosen.
Can I return all products?
You have 14 days to return any products you do not wish to keep. However, Made to Order (MTO) products cannot be returned due to their high degree of customization (to the buyer's taste and measurements). Books and magazines cannot be returned either.
Are exchanges and returns free?
Return costs are free in the European Union from 250€ of purchase and worldwide from 350€.
The size does not fit, can I make an exchange?
Exchanges are only offered for the same model in a different size or color. If you wish to exchange for a different model, we ask that you request a refund and place a new order for the new item. All refunds exclude shipping charges.
All products, except Made to Order, can be subject to a size exchange. To do this, please make a request at our address contact@beige-habilleur.com

1.1 Contact us by email at contact@beige-habilleur.com within 14 days of receipt of the order. Indicate your name, order number, the items you are returning and your preference for a refund or exchange.
1.2 Pack your items carefully and securely and return the parcel to us using the courier service of your choice. Please remember to use a tracked service and in any case insure the parcel for the value of the parcel as the items are your responsibility until they reach us.

If you are returning items from abroad (outside the EU), we recommend that you inform your post office that they are returned goods, and describe them as such on any shipping or customs forms, with a very low corresponding value. This will help to avoid customs duties being wrongly charged on items returned to us. If you can, also request that the following text be included on the customs invoice together with the tracking number of your shipment: "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE - RETURNED GOODS - VALUE FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSES ONLY"
1.5 After checking the condition of the returned product, we will make the new shipment in the requested size.

2.2 Pack your items carefully and securely and return the package to us using the prepaid label that we will send to you by email.

The product does not suit me, how do I make a return?
As with size exchanges, all products, excluding Made to Order, books and magazines, can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

I made a return, when will I be refunded?
Refunds are made within 30 days maximum after receipt of the product and verification of its condition. All refunds exclude shipping costs.
How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
We recommend that you subscribe to our newsletter to follow all the latest news from Beige and be aware of the latest new products available and current operations.
To do this, simply enter your email address in the field available at the bottom of the home page and then click on “register”.
Do I have to pay VAT?
For customers outside the European Union, prices are expressed excluding taxes. However, your administration may request customs duties.
Are there any customs duties?
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply when the parcel arrives in your country.
These charges do not appear on the invoice issued by Beige, as they are calculated and collected directly by your local customs authorities or the shipping company.
These costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
