Shipping costs
- Complimentary within the European Union from €350
- Complimentary worldwide from €500
- Below these thresholds, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Customs (outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and local fees may apply upon arrival of the parcel. These charges remain the responsibility of the recipient (DAP — Delivered At Place). We invite you to check with your local customs office.
Upon receipt
We invite you to inspect your parcel before signing. In the event of apparent damage, please refuse the delivery and indicate "Parcel refused — opened or damaged" on the delivery slip.
