Orders & Shipping

Order Preparation

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after validation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.

Delivery

Parcels are delivered to the address provided at checkout, via postal service or an independent carrier.

Delivery times (in business days from dispatch) are provided for guidance only.

In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery will take place no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

In the event of a delay exceeding this period, the Customer may cancel the contract under the conditions provided by law.

In accordance with Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the transfer of risk occurs when the Customer (or a third party designated by them) takes physical possession of the goods.

In the event of loss or damage attributable to the carrier prior to delivery, the Seller will reship the order or issue a refund.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon delivery, please check the condition of the parcel and the conformity of the items.

If the package appears opened or damaged, it is recommended to refuse the parcel and indicate on the carrier’s delivery note:

“Parcel refused – opened or damaged”

Signing the delivery slip constitutes acceptance of the parcel’s apparent condition.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is complimentary:

  • From €250 (incl. VAT): Metropolitan France & European Union
  • From €350 (incl. VAT): Rest of the world

Below these thresholds, shipping costs are calculated and displayed before checkout confirmation.

Duties & Taxes (Non-EU)

For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable administrative fees are not included in the order total.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be requested by the carrier or local authorities upon delivery (DAP – Delivered At Place).

In the event of refusal to pay these charges, the shipment may be returned or abandoned. In such cases, original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Personal Data

The information requested is necessary for order processing and may be shared with our partners (carriers, logistics providers, payment processors) for fulfillment purposes.

Such data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Exchanges

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any reason.

Notification must be sent to: contact@beige-habilleur.com

Products must be returned no later than 14 days after sending your withdrawal notification.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

  • In their original condition
  • With original packaging, accessories and tags
  • Unworn, unwashed and undamaged
  • Suitable for resale

Shoes: must be tried on indoors only, on carpet. The outsole must remain intact.

In accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may be held liable for any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

Any item not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to a deduction.

Return Costs

Returns are complimentary:

  • From €250: European Union
  • From €350: Rest of the world

Below these amounts, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Sale / Outlet items: return shipping costs are always at the Customer’s expense, regardless of order value.

Returns remain under the Customer’s responsibility until received by the Seller.

Refund

Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned goods or proof of shipment.

The refund includes the price of the returned products as well as the initial shipping costs corresponding to the standard delivery method.

Additional costs resulting from the selection of express delivery are not refunded.

For non-EU orders shipped under DAP terms, customs duties, import taxes and administrative fees paid upon import are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only for the same model, in a different size or color, subject to availability.

For a different model, please request a refund and place a new order.

Legal Exceptions

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Periodicals and magazines
  • Goods made to the Customer’s specifications
  • Clearly personalized items
  • Items marked “Made to Order”

Step 2 — Return Shipment

Order below €250 (EU) or €350 (Rest of World)

Return shipping is at your expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.

A prepaid return label will be sent to you by email.

Returns from Outside the European Union
