Orders & Shipping

Order preparation

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 working days after validation (weekends and public holidays excluded).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping

Parcels are delivered to the address provided at checkout, by postal service or by an independent carrier.

Delivery times are given for information only, in working days from the shipping date:

  • Mainland France: 2 to 3 days
  • European Union: 3 to 5 days
  • Rest of the world (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Japan, Asia, etc.): 5 to 10 days

In accordance with article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery takes place within a maximum of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. If this period is exceeded, the Buyer may cancel the contract under the conditions provided by law.

In accordance with article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the transfer of risk takes place when the Buyer (or a designated third party) physically takes possession of the goods.

In case of loss or damage caused by the carrier before delivery, the Seller will arrange a new shipment or a refund.

Checking your parcel on arrival

When your parcel arrives, please check its condition and the items inside.

If the packaging is open or damaged, we recommend that you refuse the parcel and write on the carrier's slip:

« Parcel refused – open or damaged »

Signing the delivery slip means you accept the apparent condition of the parcel.

Shipping fees

Shipping is free:

  • From €350 incl. VAT: Mainland France and European Union
  • From €500 incl. VAT: rest of the world (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and all destinations outside the European Union)

Below these amounts, shipping fees are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.

Customs duties and taxes (outside the European Union)

For any order delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and possible administrative fees are not included in the order amount.

These fees are paid by the Buyer and may be requested by the carrier or local authorities at the time of delivery (DAP shipping).

If the Buyer refuses to pay these duties and taxes, the parcel may be returned or abandoned, and the initial shipping fees will not be refunded.
