Shoulder width	Measurement taken across the back between the shoulder points from seam to seam.
Back length	Measurement taken from the base of the collar to the bottom of the garment.
Chest circumference	Garment laid flat with buttons closed. Double the measurement taken between the lower seams of each armhole.
Sleeve length	Measurement taken from the center of the collar to the shoulder seam, added to the measurement from the shoulder seam to the cuff.
