Cohérence draws inspiration for its creations from legendary artists and intellectuals who, in their time, transcended boundaries through their talent and panache. The “ABIQUIU” model is directly inspired by a motif taken from a Western shirt worn by the painter Georgia O'Keeffe. Its name refers to a region in northern New Mexico, United States, where the artist spent the final years of her life — a place that deeply fueled her creative inspiration.

This beautiful western shirt is cut from an exclusive fabric developed by Cohérence: "Logger Selvedge Denim". For this fabric, COHÉRENCE was inspired by the lightweight and durable denim used in military fatigue trousers and workwear garments from the 1920s to the 1960s.

All Cohérence garments are entirely made in Japan with a very high level of craftsmanship and details rarely seen on ready-to-wear.
