Founded in the late 1960s in Wyoming, the “Cowboy State”, Rocky Mountain owes its signature to the leather yoke of its down jackets, inspired by Native American capes and made to keep cowboys warm. Taken over in 2005 by the Japanese company 35 Summers Co., the brand carries on this heritage of toughness and function, with today's standards.
